North Lincs IAPT offers psychological interventions on a one-to-one basis, also referred to as individual therapy, to adults presenting with symptoms of common mental health problems.
North IAPT offers the following individual therapies:
- Low intensity psychological interventions, based on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) principles, offered by our psychological wellbeing practitioners (PWP).
- CBT and EMDR delivered by our CBT therapists.
