North Lincs IAPT offers computerised cognitive behavioural therapy (cCBT) through a platform called MindSpace, which is an online programme that delivers treatment for depression, anxiety and stress, based on the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
This online therapy is available to anyone with access to a smartphone, tablet or computer. MindSpace provides you with questionnaires, information and tools to help you to learn better ways of coping with your problems and symptoms.
MindSpace is available for you to use at any time of the day and offers a flexible form of treatment. Psychological wellbeing practitioners can build the programme to suit your needs and support you to work through it using fortnightly, online or telephone reviews.
