This is a 4 week online course provided by Rotherham IAPT which is aimed at anyone struggling with anxiety, low mood or stress as a result of the current COVID pandemic. It will explore the impact on our bodies, sleep, behaviour & thoughts and teach you ways in which you can manage the symptoms.
The course will teach you skills such as worry management, relaxation and challenging negative thoughts. These techniques will be able to help you manage your stress levels as a result of the COVID pandemic.
The course is currently delivered by Rotherham IAPT using pre-recorded lecture-style presentations allowing you to access the course at a time that is suitable for you.
