WE ARE OPEN. We are continuing to accept referrals. Throughout the pandemic we have been offering telephone, video and online therapy, all of which have proved to be successful. Face to face appointments are also available. Due to Coronavirus (Covid-19), we have made some temporary changes to keep you and our staff safe.

Individual therapy

Scunthorpe IAPT offers psychological interventions on a one-to-one basis, also referred to as individual therapy, to adults presenting with symptoms of common mental health problems.

Scunthorpe IAPT offers the following individual therapies:

  • Low intensity psychological interventions, based on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) principles, offered by our psychological wellbeing practitioners (PWP).
  • CBT and EMDR delivered by our CBT therapists.
