WE ARE OPEN. We are continuing to accept referrals. Throughout the pandemic we have been offering telephone, video and online therapy, all of which have proved to be successful. Due to Coronavirus (Covid-19), we have made some temporary changes to keep you and our staff safe.

Self-referral form

The RDASH IAPT services in Scunthorpe provide support for common mental health problems such as anxiety, depression or stress. If you are 18 or over and experiencing any of these symptoms and would like help to manage it. Please complete the self-referral form below and we will contact you within 5 working days.

This service is only available to people who live in the Scunthorpe postcode area. If you live in a different area please contact www.nhs.uk.

To speak to someone in the Scunthorpe IAPT team please call The Talking Shop on 01724 867297. Our phone lines are open 8:30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, but outside of these times you can leave us a voicemail and we will get back to you.

Scunthorpe IAPT does not provide a crisis response service, and if you need urgent support then please contact one of the following, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: NHS 111; the Crisis Team tel. 0800 015 0211; or the Samaritans tel. 116 123.
