What to do in an emergency

Losing hope? Feeling despair? Feeling down? Feeling that life is not worth going on with?

Then we urge you to contact your local crisis team now via the 24 hour, freephone numbers below:

  • Doncaster: 0800 804 8999

Having-a-crisis-podEach Crisis Team is staffed by nurses, doctors, support workers and others who try to work with users to prevent hospital admission for those who experience relapse. We also see new clients who may be depressed and have suicidal feelings and offer home treatment where we can.

You can also contact the Samaritans or your GP. There is also some helpful information on the RDaSH website.
