It’s Time to Talk about Mental Health Day – 1st February 2018

The Scunthorpe Talking Shop is taking part in this national initiative. Jane Crothers, Lead Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, said: “We are using the Time to Talk day to remind everyone that mental health affects us all and we should feel able to talk about it. With one in six people experiencing stress or anxiety at some point during their lives, we are reminding Scunthorpe residents that support is available.”

For more information about the help on offer ring 01724 867297, or call into the Talking Shop at 19 Market Hill in Scunthorpe’s town centre (open weekdays between 8.30am and 3.30pm).
